And while her husband was away raiding some place, she managed her home and estate. A few women also served as speakers in court and even went to war!

into gum. It cleaned their teeth and prevented bad breath.

Ancient Chinese women believed that it was
inappropriate to be examined by doctors. So, they marked the part of the body that
needed treatment on an ivory figurine. The doctor then prescribed the treatment
by looking at the affected body part marked on the figurine.
