Answers:

1- a)

Turkeys- Turkeys are flightless birds that live in Europe and North and Central America. They are mostly bred for consumption. The Mayans, a tribe of Central America, worshipped these birds as religious symbols. They believed that they were the vessels of god and were bred especially for religious rites!

2-b)

Napoleon Bonaparte- Napoleon Bonaparte was a French dictator, the head of state who rules by force, in the 19th century. So, once Napoleon organised a rabbit hunt for himself and his men. His staff rounded up 3,000 rabbits and locked them in cages. When the soldiers and Napoleon were ready to start shooting the rabbits were let out of their cages, but before they could shoot the bunnies charged towards the dictator and his men! Can you imagine a world-famous military leader being attacked not by soldiers but bunnies!

3-a) Pope Gregory IV- Pope Gregory IV was a Pope of the 13th century. While he was in office, he ordered the slaughter of black cats over Europe, saying they were the instruments of Satan, a demon form Christian mythology. However, his plan backfired, as this led to an increase in rats which spread diseases like the plague.

4-b)

Ketchup- When doctors began prescribing ketchup it became very popular. It was even sold by an Ohio doctor called John Cook in 1834 as a cure for indigestion! Ketchup only became popular as a food item at the end of the 19th century.

5-c)

None of the above- It is popularly believed that the Vikings wore horned helmets, but evidence has been found that this not true. Only 1 horned helmet has been found.
